Kashmir is good for enhancing meditation. This resin has a woodsy amber resinous aroma when burned. Kashmir Resin is a combination of Frankincense, a little bit of Myrrh and Benzion. It is burnt for its protection and purification properties. How to Burn Resin on Charcoal Tablets: To burn resins and gums, place a charcoal tablet on an incense burner. Light the charcoal tablet on the bottom edge until it begins to ignite. Let it sit until the coal is hot and has started to glow, then place your resin on the charcoal. The coal will burn for a couple of hours and as the resin burns out, you can continue to place more resins on the charcoal.
